{"id":1748,"date":"2022-06-01T06:03:21","date_gmt":"2022-06-01T04:03:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.overail.com\/?p=1748"},"modified":"2022-10-08T07:43:32","modified_gmt":"2022-10-08T05:43:32","slug":"fast-system-presentation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.overail.com\/en\/2022\/06\/01\/fast-system-presentation\/","title":{"rendered":"FAST System presentation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Overail presents the new ballastless FAST System at the IAF 2022 exhibition.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Overail officially presented<strong>\u00a0a new slab track system<\/strong>\u00a0called\u00a0<strong><em>FAST System<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0at\u00a0<strong>IAF 2022<\/strong>, the international track technology trade fair that took place in M\u00fcnster, Germany and ended on 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0June, to sector experts and professionals.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-shortcode\"><iframe title=\"Overail FAST System\" width=\"1100\" height=\"619\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/videoseries?list=PL3ltR5n02GjRKsfnu0GXbXE0Xig_OdXAq\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>FAST <\/em>is an\u00a0<strong>innovative, reliable, flexible<\/strong>\u00a0and extremely modular solution that responds to all needs related to the\u00a0<strong>construction and renewal of railway and metro lines<\/strong>\u00a0on ballastless systems.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<em>FAST system<\/em>\u00a0is based on a prefabricated concrete element which integrates all the fastening systems, ensuring\u00a0<strong>excellent performance<\/strong>\u00a0and thanks to several patented solutions, overcoming some of the limitations typical of ballastless track. In particular,\u00a0<strong>it is easy to install\u00a0<\/strong>requiring only temporary or partial track possessions without interrupting train transit. This was made possible by the systemic integration of all the skills and technologies in the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salcef.com\/\"> Salcef Group<\/a>\u2019s companies, from design and production to the engineering of machines and laying techniques.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<em>FAST System<\/em>\u00a0will be\u00a0<strong>manufactured in the Aprilia plant<\/strong>, which represents excellence both in terms of industry and environmental sustainability. The system also ensures a high level of reduction in rail traffic noise and vibration, helping improve conditions for communities living close to the infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FAST System
