Overail S.r.l. is an Italian company specialised in designing and manufacturing high-performance precast concrete products for the railway industry.
The company was created from the takeover of Vianini Industria, a historic supplier of the Ferrovie dello Stato Group, by the Salcef Group, an international leader in railway systems: two important companies that together form a synergy focussed on innovation.
Today Overail is able to offer a wide range of products to meet the multiple needs of its customers. It produces various types of railway sleepers and other concrete products, from slabs for urban transport systems to tunnel segments for mechanised tunnel construction.

Overail at glance

From the 1960s, the Aprilia plant has always produced sleepers and other concrete products, and in 2017 sleeper production exceeded 13 million.

The Overail industrial site has several high productivity plants and a flexible industrial system capable of meeting a wide range of customer needs.
