Six new models of prestressed concrete sleepers with USPs join the Overail catalogue of products for the railway sector.
Three models are designed to be used on standard lines, two on high-speed lines and one is specifically for tunnel sections. All are equipped with a special Under Sleeper Pad (USP) to reduce vibrations produced by train transit and minimize deterioration of ballast under the sleepers.
These models can also be supplied with pre-assembled rail fastening systems, with variable gauges and an anticorrosive treatment upon request.
The new Overail sleepers are produced in a state-of-the-art plant, designed according to the Industry 4.0 model, which guarantees high quality and production standards.
